About us

Why the Pink Elephant?

We're opening the door, letting the elephant out, and addressing it with a soft pink approach.

The elephant symbolizes conversations that are often ignored — the ones that sit in the room while everyone talks around them.

Young women face challenges that deserve attention, support, and action: confidence, safety, money, mental wellness, and the question of what comes next.

Instead of avoiding those conversations, we choose to face them — with empathy, understanding, and hope. Pink stands for compassion, healing, and community; it's proof that strength doesn't have to be loud.

Our goal is to build a community where every young woman feels seen, heard, valued, and supported.
